Purpose: To proclaim the Word of God at Mass

Responsibilities include reading scripture at weekend Mass up to twice a month. (Approximately an hour of preparation time is required before Mass.)

If you are interested in participating, you must be a Catholic in good standing and past the age of the Sacrament of Confirmation.  Approximately one to two hours of training will be provided before a person is scheduled.  A workbook of readings for the year may be provided.
